The church has two licenses at this time. We can purchase more licenses, when needed. 

Text Editor e.g. Notepad

Generally only used for manually editing style sheets. FrontPage 2000 does not support all of the CSS2 specification. So additional attributes must be entered manually. 

Graphics tools of your choice

Published formats - GIF, JPG, PNG (rare)

Supported formats for layered graphics - to be determined

Macromedia Flash MX (version 5 is sufficient for most movies)

Only for people creating or modifying Flash movies.
