What is an Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)?
An ABF is an opportunity to be involved, known, and loved within Crossroads Covenant Church. ABFs are groups of 15 to 70 people who meet together on a weekly basis. The size of these groups makes teaching very effective and relationships easy to form. ABFs meet immediately after the worship service.
ABFs provide opportunities for Bible study, building relationships, evangelism, prayer, and service. In short, ABF's provide you with the chance to grow as a follower of Christ.
Why choose an ABF?
ABF is an easy way to be involved. Since they typically meet during the time after the worship service, there is no need to make a second trip to the church - perfect for your busy schedule.
ABFs also provide a personal connection to the body of Christ. Worship is awesome, but you never have a chance to really know the person that shares your pew. ABFs provide a way to know these people as friends and fellow Christians. They can share with you in your joys and hurts, provide help in times of need, and build you up with encouragement in your faith.
An ABF is also ongoing. ABFs meet throughout the year. This continuity allows you to develop long-term relationships.
How do you choose an ABF?
The first step is to have information. Visit the ABFs & Times page or stop by the Welcome Center in the church foyer for more information. You will find information about class composition, study topic, class size, teachers, and more.
