"Accountability" Groups

Growing deep in your relationship with the Lord is greatly enhanced by a small group of people who together can learn the ways of the Lord, practice the habits of living in those ways, lovingly help hold each other accountable, and support each other. In the process, these small groups of people develop a bond that grows deep when people share a common vision and goal, then work together to achieve that goal. In this case, the goal of each group member is to be transformed into Christ-likeness, enjoying His life.

Crossroads Church has two types of small accountability groups:

Transformational Accountability Groups (T.A.G. Groups)

• Assists believers build the basic beliefs, habits, and behaviors of Christ into their lives
• Helps each participant learn how to confidently share their faith
• Helps each participant prepare for fruitful ministry and service
• Provides the encouragement for each believer to deepen their commitment

Ongoing Accountability Groups (O.A.G. Groups)

• Provides continued growth and accountability for those not directly involved in a discipleship ministry following their completion of a B.A.G. Group
• Maintains and deepens the basic habits, behaviors, and beliefs that were developed during the B.A.G. Group experience.
• Provides love and support for people in their needs
• Provides a place to know and be known
