Crossroads Purpose Statement

Moving people to be passionate lovers of God

As a one another church,
We desire to accomplish this by valuing:

We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings; the final authority regarding all matters of Christian faith, doctrine and conduct.

We believe in the personal and vital relationship with Jesus Christ through conversion and sanctification by the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the only way of salvation and eternal life is through the atoning work, death and resurrection of Christ.

We believe in the separated life, refraining from worldly amusement or practice dishonoring to Christ and the church.

We believe in the unity of all Christians, and do not believe that minor differences in doctrine should divide them. We accept into membership all whom Christ has accepted.

We believe in the independence of the local church, but work in harmony with the other churches for the cause of Christ.

We believe in evangelism as the primary commission of the Christian church.

We believe in the missionary task, not optional, but calling for our greatest zeal, effort, and prayer
