Crossroads Church is located at 
17445 Notre Dame Street
Forest Lake, Minnesota

From Forest Lake, follow Broadway Avenue (County 2) west of town for approximately two miles. The church will be on your left (south side of the road). 

For those familiar with the local schools, Crossroads is just north of Columbus Elementary School.
